Discipline is something you do, not something you are
The premise is in the chapter titles: Discipline is Like a Mental Muscle, Discipline is Something YOU DO. The guide’s whole argument is that discipline is trainable, and it spends 33 pages and roughly 10,000 words on how.
The mindsets. The more I do things, the better I get at them. Competence produces confidence. Momentum is on my side. Each is unpacked rather than listed — the point is that discipline follows competence, not willpower.
Build discipline using what you already do. Meet deadlines. Put in the work. Stick to regular meal schedules. Give yourself consequences. The insight here is that you do not need a new regime — you need to stop letting the existing ones slide.
Then challenge yourself deliberately. Cold showers, waking up genuinely early, parking farther from the entrance each week. Small, voluntary, escalating difficulty — chosen precisely because it is optional, which is what makes it training rather than obligation.
And a line that sets the tone: baby steps are still steps forward.
What you get
- 33-page training guide (PDF) — roughly 10,000 words
- Cheat sheet — the drills on one page
- Mind map — the full structure at a glance
- Resource report — tools and further reading
- Instant download after checkout
What this is not
Not a habit-tracking app and not a coaching programme. Nobody checks in on you — which the guide would say is rather the point.
Note on file size: the download is a 127 MB archive. The four PDFs above are about 1.2 MB of that; the rest is the publisher’s marketing material, included as supplied. Expect a slow download on a poor connection.
