From ten vague goals to twelve concrete months
The gap between a goal and a result is almost always the same: nobody breaks the year down far enough to act on it. This workbook does that in three steps.
Page 2 — Yearly Goals. Ten numbered lines. The constraint is the point: if it does not fit in ten, it is not this year’s list.
Pages 3–6 — Quarterly Breakdown. One page per quarter. Each has a single “Q Focus” line to force one priority, three month lines beneath it, and checkbox rows for the milestones that prove the quarter actually moved.
Page 7 — Monthly Review. Prompts for what went well and what to change. This is the page that separates a plan you wrote in January from a plan you are still running in July.
What you get
- 7-page PDF, instant download after checkout
- Print at home on standard US Letter, or send to a print shop
- Clean black-and-white layout — no colour ink, no bleed
- Print the quarterly pages once each, or four times a year, as often as you re-plan
What this is not
The pages are printed lines, not fillable form fields. This is designed to be printed and written on by hand, or annotated on a tablet with a stylus. You cannot type into it.
